I’m writing this review to show my appreciation for Mr. Thomas Allotta. Tom (as he asked me to call him) was recommended to me by an acquaintance and I decided to partner with Tom. As a 1st time home buyer, I had endless questions and just a general unawareness of everything involved in the home buying process. Tom accepted my endless questions & calls (at any time) with kind patience, understanding and never made me feel like I was intruding or bothering him with my annoying over-attention-to-details. Tom has a large professional network and he handled the entire process for me: pre-approval, financing, negotiations, contacting all needed vendors & scheduling, inspections, appraisals, titling/settlement, insurance, etc., & of course the actual sales contract & closing. His high level of conscientiousness and legal knowledge of contracting, my rights in ongoing changes to said contract, financing, and the realty world in general, saved my butt more than once. More than anything, I am grateful that Tom was my representing agent in negotiations and interactions with the seller, who I found extremely unpleasant (and not surprisingly his former neighbors had the same opinion). It speaks alot for Tom that he was able to establish a rapport with him so that negotiations & closing could resolve in seamless, mutual satisfactions, and importantly, quickly! I cannot give Mr. Thomas Allotta adequate accolades for all his hard work. He had to assume multiple “job” roles yet still found the energy to provide gentle, friendly encouragement & exceptional professionalism on a daily basis. Tom made this whole ordeal not an ordeal and all I was required to do was say yes or no. Now if I could only clone him .

Tom Allotta was a tremendous help to me when my family situation changed, which was a difficult time in itself. I had to renovate my home to make it rentable and needed everything from builders to insurance companies. Tom provided invaluable advice, clear guidance, resourceful contacts and helped me find suitable renters. He is very knowledgeable, and you instantly feel you are with someone you can trust. I can’t recommend Tom enough.
