About Me

I recruit, coach, train, advise and manage a highly successful real estate sales force. I identify and recruit promising experienced and new to the business Realtors.

My goal is to ensure real estate agents success and help them achieve their customer's aspirations by delivering the most valuable and trustworthy full-service real estate experiences. As a manager for Weichert, Realtors I am able to partner with Sales Associates to deliver the best business platform to ensure their success as small business owners.

Weichert, Realtors offers the broadest suite of services, the most collaborative Sales Management Team, the best lead generation system and a winning, family oriented culture that enables Sales Associates to build, grow and sustain successful businesses. I also work with clients, listing and selling homes.

My goal is to deliver the deepest subject-matter expertise, the broadest exposure to the market and the most integrated suite of services that ensure my clients maximum satisfaction and the best financial outcomes. I am devoted to ensuring smooth and successful real estate transactions.

I currently manage Weichert, Realtors Bowie office in Prince Georges County Md. Prior to managing here in Bowie, I managed the Fallsgrove office in Rockville Md. I began my career with Weichert, Realtors as a salesperson.

My experience includes working as Weichert Lead Network Regional Lead Coordinator, serving as an assistant to former Executive Vice President of Business Development, Raymond Chappell and as assistant manager alongside Regional Vice President Kim Farina. I am a Brian Buffini Certified Trainer.
